Chessbook is published by Toolbelt. By installing and using Chessbook, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
Chessbook is a personal chess game log. It runs on your iPhone. You're responsible for the games you log and the PGNs you export.
Chessbook is free for your first 50 games. Beyond that, the "New game" button shows the paywall.
Chessbook Pro subscriptions unlock unlimited games, the opening tree analyzer, the repertoire tracker, position diagrams, and PGN export. Monthly Pro is $9.99/month and Yearly Pro is $59.99/year unless App Store pricing in your country differs. Payment is processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Chessbook is provided "as is" with no warranty. We make a serious effort to keep the app stable and your games safe, but we do not guarantee against data loss. Export important PGNs periodically.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolbelt's total liability for any claim related to Chessbook is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms when we ship new features. Material changes will be summarized in the app's release notes.
